Reservation Policy
All guests must bring bedding, towels, and toiletries.
Rooms must be vacated by 9 AM on Sunday at the end of event. (This applies only if you are staying until a Sunday of an event.)
Payment Policy
Fifty percent of the total deposit amount must be made to reserve room.
Remaining balance of bill can be paid anytime before the event, or during on-site registration.
We accept: credit / check / debit / money order.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund is only available prior to the event.
A refund of everything BUT the first night’s deposit is available at the start of the event.
FAQs
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, but please clean up after it. Pets should be kept quiet and not allowed to roam freely. They are not allowed in any campus building.
Will my valuables be safe?
We advise you to keep valuables locked in your car and not in your room. Hartland is NOT LIABLE for lost or stolen goods.
Is there a dress code?
We ask you to dress modestly. Please remember that we are here to seek the Lord. Let us show reverence and respect in our appearance.
Can I do my own cooking?
Cooking or using electrical cooking appliances in any room on campus is prohibited by law. Open camp fires are not allowed; however, camping stoves are acceptable for use in the tent / RV site areas.
When will the bookstore be open?
Hartland Publications offers a variety of books, CDs and DVDs.

How do I get to Hartland?
For GPS users: 278 Dogwood Lane, Rapidan, VA 22733.
From the North: Take Hwy 15 south from Culpeper for approximately 10 miles. Turn left on Rte 614 (Locust Dale Rd). Hartland is 1.25 miles on the left.
From the South: Take Hwy 29 north from Charlottesville for approximately 25 miles. Turn right on Hwy 230 east for approximately 10 miles until it ends at Hwy 15. Turn left on Hwy 15 north. Go approximately 4 miles. Turn right on Rte 614 (Locust Dale Rd). Hartland is 1.25 miles on the left.
